Packhouse intake
Produce arrives from partner farms inside hours of harvest. Crates are graded, weighed and assigned a batch ID that follows them all the way to the buyer’s warehouse — with full traceability back to the field.
- Field-fresh: 6–18 hr farm-to-packhouse
- Crate-level batch identifiers
- Reject-grade sorted out at intake
Pre-cooling
Heat is the enemy of shelf life. Within 30 minutes of intake, produce moves to room-temperature, then forced-air or hydro pre-cool tunnels — down to 4–10°C depending on the crop. Field heat is removed before packaging.
- Forced-air, hydro & room cooling
- Pulp temperature logged at every stage
- Crop-specific target temperatures
Quality control
Every batch is sampled for size grade, moisture, pesticide residue, brix (where applicable) and shelf-life trial. Lab results are sealed into the batch dossier before any container is allocated.
- Pesticide residue (MRL) testing
- Size, brix & moisture grading
- Shelf-life trials per shipment
Packaging & private labels
Cartons, mesh bags, jute, modified-atmosphere film — spec'd to your destination market. Private-label artwork, multi-language compliance copy and lot codes are printed in-house, then double-checked against your purchase order.
- Cartons, jute, mesh, MAP film
- Private label & multi-language copy
- Lot codes printed in-house
Palletisation
ISPM-15 heat-treated pallets, stacked to standard EUR or US dimensions. Strap, stretch wrap and corner protectors are applied to keep stacks plumb across long ocean transits. Each pallet carries a slip with batch IDs.
- ISPM-15 treated pallets
- EUR / US footprint, slip-sheet on request
- Pallet manifest matches container manifest
Pre-shipment inspection
Final visual inspection at stuffing point. Buyer or third-party agency (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Cotecna) is welcomed on-site. Photos and a sign-off sheet are filed against the batch before container doors close.
- Buyer / 3rd-party witness welcome
- SGS, BV, Cotecna inspection-ready
- Photo & sign-off filed per shipment
Reefer & container loading
Pre-trip inspected reefers, set to crop-specific temperature with controlled atmosphere where required. Stuffed under shade or in a cold-loading bay. Temperature recorders are placed front, middle and rear of the container.
- PTI-checked reefers, set-point logged
- Three-point temp recorders per container
- 20’/40’ reefer or 40’ HC dry as needed
